設備主要特點/Features：
1、入板、檢查、出板位采用活動輪片設計，有效防止放板及接板時劃傷板面
Active wheels are used at the places of input, inspection and output to effectively prevent damaging the board when putting or
collecting .
2、抗腐蝕軟膠輪片采用雁形排列方式，避免板面產生轆痕
Corrosion resistance soft plastic wheel with goose-shaped arrangement is adopted to avoid leaving track on the board surface.
3、噴淋水刀設計及浸泡水盒使板面處理更均勻
Design of spraying water knife and dipping box makes more evenness treatment on the board surface.
4、水刀進水采用流量計及可調節設計，有效控制孔內成膜厚度，達到良好的棕化效果
The flowmeter is used to control the inlet flow of the water knife ,which is adjustable, to effectively control the film thickness of the
hole to achieve a good Oxide Replacement effect.
5、配高壓無接觸式除靜電裝置，可有效消除靜電，不損傷板面
Equipped with high-voltage contact free static-elimination device, which can eliminate static electricity effectively without hurting
the board.
工藝流程/Schematic：
入板→酸洗→循環水洗→清水洗→堿洗→循環水洗→DI水洗→預浸→棕化→循環水洗→DI水洗→干板組合→冷卻→出板
Input→Acid Rinse→Circulation Wr/s→Fresh Rinse→Alkali Rinse→Circulation Wr/s→DI Rinse→Pre-Dip→Oxide Replacement
→Circulation Wr/s→DI Rinse→Drying Module→Cooling→Output
